How should I dress for my interview?
Always put yourself in the interviewers shoes, what will your first impression be of you when you meet yourself for the fist time in the interview? Dress the part. A 1st impression lasts forever, you don’t get a second chance at making a 1st impression. Dress professionally and let your experience and qualifications showcase the rest.
What do I need to bring with to my interview at MDI Consulting?
Time is money, and we value your time and therefore want to maximize your first one-on-one interview with us as much as possible. Always have a copy of your Qualification Documents, Driver’s License, ID, most recent payslip ready for submission. Please ensure the CV emailed to MDI Consulting is your most recent and updated CV.
Can I bring a copy of my ID or do you need the original?
We are required to examine the original document, because of the strict regulations around employment eligibility verification. We will make a photocopy of the ID when you arrive at our office. A certified copy per email will also be accepted.
Do you have any positions available?
Most definitely! Be sure to keep an eye on our website's vacancies page and follow us on Facebook or LinkedIn as we post openings to these locations regularly. If a position comes up that interests you, let us know!
Does MDI Consulting place Temporary / Contracting Staff?
Yes we place Short term contracts, but our primary focus is on permanent recruitment and we don’t sell ourselves a Labour Brokers.
I’ve seen a vacancy I’m interested in, how do I apply?
It is of utmost importance that you match the requirements set out on the job listing with your skills and experience before you apply. Should your experience match the minimum requirements listed, kindly forward your application to us via admin@mdiconsult.co.za, clearly stating the position you are applying for in the subject line.
I am looking for something new, but haven’t seen any positions that I will be suited for, what can I do to get my CV onto your database?
Kindly complete this application form on the contact page on our website and forward to admin@mdiconsult.co.za once completed. We will then add your details to our database and contact you once a suitable position becomes available. Follow-up, make a point to speak to a consultant and set-up a one-on-one interview, we would love to meet with you. Keep an eye on our Vacancies page for suitable opportunities in the interim.
How much will the Agency charge me if I am successful for a position?
We do not charge our candidates any fees whatsoever.
Will I be added to your database automatically once I have sent my CV per e-mail?
We receive 100's of CV's per day and because so many applications come through and for vacancies available, it is impossible to add each CV sent to us on our database, we therefore add you to our database once we have set up a one-on-one interview with you, or after you submit your fully completed application form to us.
